All students preparing to graduate through Imagine Learning Excellence academy go through a review process to ensure they have met all graduation requirements. if you have any questions about the process or believe you are ready to start, please reach out to our admissions team for assistance.
GRADUATING SENIORS
- Submit graduation application once student starts final course(s)
- Pay Senior Dues (one-time fee)
- Complete Final Course(s)
- Student’s records reviewed through Alumni Approval Process (please note this can take 3–5 weeks to complete)
- Student is notified if they have met all graduation requirements or if there is additional documentation or course(s) that need to be completed
- If a student has been approved through the Alumni Approval Process, graduation date is granted, student status is updated, and final transcripts and diplomas will be processed once purchased through Parchment. Please visit our transcripts page to learn more about ordering transcripts
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Imagine Learning Excellence Academy is excited to host winter and spring commencement ceremonies for graduating seniors. This fully virtual event is open to all seniors who have met the requirements, as well as family, friends, and additional invitees. Students must meet all required deadlines to be eligible candidates for each graduation. Students’ legal names will be read unless administration receives communication of preferred names or a request to opt out of graduation. We will communicate with students via the student portal regarding graduation requirements, fees, and next steps. All students must complete enrollment forms and graduation applications, pay senior dues, and complete all graduation requirements before graduation status will be approved.

Imagine Learning Excellence Academy has partnered with Jostens to provide all graduation needs. Students have the opportunity to purchase a variety of items year-round.
